As you walk into the house, you will find a storage bench for backpacks, coats and shoes. The family room has a large 75" 4k, internet TV with a comfortable sectional with plenty of room for guests.  Th open concept house has a round dining table that easily seats 5-6 people. As you walk into the kitchen, you will find a peninsula that seats 3. The kitchen features new Cafe line appliances, with a fulll refrigerator, gas cooktop and oven, and matching dishwasher. As you pass through the  large kitchen, you will find two more counter stools on the back side of the sink, facing the kitchen. There is an additional room behind the kitchen that is ideal for a sitting room, office or playroom. There is a laser printer connected to the wifi for your use, making work from home a breeze. You will find full size stackable washer and gas dryer as well as a full bathroom. You will find three bedrooms on the second floor.  The first bedroom features a full size bed, dresser, and closet shelving.  The second bedroom has two twin bed flanked by a night stand, dresser and closet. The primary bedroom is furnished with a California king bed, two built in lingerie dressers, two closets with a large safe, a small desk/vanity as well as a large shelving unit for clothing and or personal items. Upstairs you will find a full bathroom with a tub shower combo, as well as a hallway linen closet. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need to cook, dine and even entertain. There is a Vitamix blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave and second beverage refridgerator. In addition to servingware for 12, you will find baking trays, CorningWare, Tupperware,  pot and pans as well as plenty of serving utensils. The house  is stocked with sheets, pillows, blankets and towels.

You will always find a spot on the street, and typically you will be able to park right in front of the house. Permits are available on the Narberth website for $5.

We are Fido friendly, however we require an additional pet deposit per dog.  We do NOT allow cats to stay or visit the house. 

Because this house is set up as a furnished short to mid-term rental, we want to make your stay as easy as possible. All utilities and Wifi is included, you will find a high spreed modem ideal for zoom meetings as well as gaming. We will also provide lawn service May-October.
